Dear family members: Wally, Harry, Joyce, We loved your mom and (dad) and know God used them to bring much joy to so many as well as gospel msg. Your mom was the sweetest lady, very filled with Jesus love and so ready to help others. They were always there to share happy thoughts and serve in anyway possible. We recall them taking the buses to Moody's wonderful Christmas programs, to church services, family gatherings. Real people who made others happy wherever they were. Love and joy be all of yours as you too walk as Ruth walked. Bob and Helen

Dear Harry, Your Mom is indelibly imprinted on my memory: I hear her perpetually smiling voice. I see her Spirit-filled sparkling face. I listen as she plays and sings with her companion guitar. I watch in amazement as she kicks up her heels and dances with ebullient joy. I hear her say, "A day without Ruth is ruthless!" I have multiple gifts of Christian videos from our visits together to the MBI bookstore. (Ruth would snitch a hard candy at the cash register and put it in my bag.) I am humbled by her appreciation for the songs we notated together in my office. I thrill at the pride she expressed with the album of recordings she and her twin sister made. Ruth always got tickets for MBI's annual performance of Messiah and would sit anywhere as long as it was close to the student performers. I marvel that she and her guitar travelled alone across Chicago by public transportation. Sweet Ruth! You taught me kindness, patience, appreciation, and so much more. Thank you. I am so sorry for your loss of your mother. She was a great disciple of Christ her whole life. She continually had praises on her lips to encourage others and the Word of the Lord to speak truth in love to anyone she came in contact within and outside her circle. She will be missed here, but the Lord said it is time for her to HIM to see what great plans HE has for Her with HIM in the SPIRIT NOW in Jesus Name AMEN.

To Ruth's Family, Prayers and sympathy for you Guys for the days, weeks, month, Holiday as you walk down a new journey in your life. As we all know that your Mother was a special woman in lots of lives. Always had a big smile and the soft voice and the gift to play her Guitar and sing. She is now home safe and sound. Like you said: I'll be home for Christmas. Now each one of you will have to carry on live on earth without her. But the love that she left you will never part. She will be missed by many. God's Blessing on each one of you.
